Amazing Multimedia Developer/Designer

The ideal candidate will have experience producing high quality, interactive, flash-based applications (flex/flashbuilder development a HUGE plus). The developer must be detail-orientated, organized, and produce consistent work.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with instructional designers to develop creative and feasible content design documents
Interprets design documents and efficiently creates courseware pages that integrate text, still images, animation, video, and/or audio
Programs custom functionalities in ActionScript 3.0 & 2.0
Reviews work to minimize errors and ensure consistency.
Collaborates with design and technical staff on projects, technical specifications, and deadlines
Accurately estimates time needed to complete an assignment
Manages time effectively to meet project budget and schedule
Communicates well and keeps project manager and project team informed about development status
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with team members

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two-year college degree with computer and art-related courses-- a four-year college degree in graphic design with training in Flash and applicable programming languages is a plus.
One year experience producing high-quality multimedia products in Flash--experience in elearning is a plus.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to meet project deadlines and work independently
Proficiency using Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office suite
