Experienced Project Manager

We are looking to add a temp/contract to hire project manager to support our rapidly growing client base. Special consideration will be given to those with Instructional Design/eLearning experience. This is a fast-paced environment that requires self-starters who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities include:

Managing eLearning and eMarketing projects
Designing engaging, instructionally sound e-learning programs
Creating e-learning storyboards used as product specifications
Working with production team to ensure high-quality product delivery

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with project management/excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of instructional design strategies, learning theories, assessment approaches, and visual design principles
Experience using a variety of software tools, such as Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
Ability to learn new concepts and new technology quickly
Ability to think creatively to solve problems
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Centrax employees often wear multiple hats, so experience with audio or video production, or software development is a plus. A sense of humor and ability to cope with change are musts.
